TURCK USA is seeking a deeply experienced Vice President of Human Resources to lead the U.S. HR function, partner with the CEO and Mexico HR leadership, and drive organizational strategy, leadership capability, and workforce investments across the enterprise.

The role oversees talent strategy, total rewards, employee relations and compliance, HR operations and technology, and the HR budget, while cultivating a high‑performing HR team capable of executing priorities with speed and integrity.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive leadership.
• Experience partnering with leaders across multiple countries and regions.
• Strategic advisor to executive leaders with evidence of business impact.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.
• Strong business and financial acumen with budget ownership.

Responsabilités

• Serve as senior HR executive for Turck USA, shaping organizational strategy with the CEO and Mexico HR leadership.
• Lead HR strategy across talent, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, operations, and budget while guiding a high‑performing HR team.
• Provide executive coaching, workforce planning, and leadership development across the organization, including cross‑border collaboration.
• Advise on organizational structure, succession, culture, and workforce investments to drive performance.
