Turck seeks a Vice President, Human Resources in Minneapolis, MN to lead the U.S. HR function and act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team.

You will direct talent strategy, total rewards, employee relations, and HR operations, while guiding organizational development and leadership pipelines. You will partner with Mexico HR leadership to align workforce strategies, oversee the HR budget, and drive high-impact workforce initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including 5+ years as head of HR or senior HR leader.
• Experience partnering with leaders across multiple countries and international operations.
• Strategic advisor to executive leaders.
• Proven ability to influence organizational strategy and business decisions beyond HR.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Experience building leadership pipelines across functions.
• Experience leading and developing managers and high-performing HR teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to connect workforce investments to outcomes.
• Experience managing budgets and HR resources.
• Broad expertise across total rewards, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment law and HR compliance.

Responsabilités

• Executive Leadership, Strategic Partnership & Organizational Effectiveness: participate in strategy and advise CEO on workforce matters.
• Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning & Organizational Development: lead planning, succession, and talent reviews.
• Total Rewards: own compensation philosophy, benefit programs, and annual planning.
• Employee Relations, Compliance & Risk Management: serve as escalation point and ensure HR compliance.
• HR Operations, Technology & Budget: manage HR budget, systems, and processes.
• Travel up to 15% to support initiatives across U.S. and Mexico.
