Job summary

FCCI Insurance Group in Sarasota, FL, seeks a Senior Vice President, Human Resources to lead all HR functions from the headquarters. You will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to shape people strategy in support of growth, culture and business objectives, and oversee talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, development, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• At least ten years leading an HR team.
• Five or more years in a senior executive leadership role.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise HR strategy within a complex organization.
• Expert knowledge of modern HR practices, employment law and organizational development.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Solid analytical skills and business acumen.
• Ability to determine customer needs and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR functions: Talent Acquisition, Compensation and benefits, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, HR Operations and Payroll, HR Compliance and Policy Administration.
