Job summary

FCCI Insurance Group in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Senior Vice President, Human Resources to lead the HR function and partner with the CEO on the people strategy.

The role drives talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, payroll operations, and policy compliance across the organization. A strategic leader with deep HR expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years progressive HR experience.
• At least ten years leading an HR team.
• Five+ years in a senior executive leadership role.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise HR strategy within complex organization.
• Expert knowledge of modern HR practices, employment law and organizational development.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Solid analytical skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits.
• Oversee employee relations, learning and development, and succession planning.
• Manage performance management, HR operations and payroll, and policy compliance.
• Serve as strategic partner to the CEO and executive team.
