KIPP TEAM & Family Schools is recruiting a Chief People Officer to lead the full employee experience across Newark, Camden, Paterson, and South Florida. You will shape hiring, development, pay, and performance, and sit on the executive team reporting to the Co-President.

You will guide five functional leaders and collaborate with regional leaders to transform HR into a proactive workforce planning engine, anchored in our Be the Change values and long-term growth goals.

Mansioni

• Set the multi-year people strategy and embed the network's values into talent systems.
• Lead Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Operations and Payroll, Employee Relations, and Compensation and Performance Management.
• Partner with the Co-President/CEO on organizational design and workforce planning.
