KIPP TEAM & Family Schools seeks a Chief People Officer to lead the full employee lifecycle across four cities, shaping hiring, development, pay, and performance. You will embed the network values in talent processes and partner with regional leaders to plan for growth under the 2030 roadmap.

You will build a trusted people function, drive analytics, and modernize systems while maintaining a strong focus on equity, retention, and employee experience across the network.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive HR or talent leadership experience, including management of multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, payroll, and benefits across states.
• Proven ability to design and implement people strategies that drive growth.

• Strategize and set multi-year people plans aligned with our growth across four cities.
• Lead Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Compensation/Performance.
• Oversee compensation strategy to ensure equity, competitiveness, and transparency.
• Modernize HR systems and analytics to support proactive workforce planning.
• Promote equity and values in all talent processes and decisions.
