This role leads a ~40-person People team and partners with the executive team to align talent with business goals. The CPO will shape talent acquisition, development, performance management, compensation, and HR operations, fostering a high-performance, people-centered culture across engineering and professional services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for senior leadership roles.
• 15+ years of progressive human resources and talent leadership experience, with C-suite exposure preferred.
• Experience in architecture/engineering or professional services with complex, project-based growth.
• Proven capability to lead enterprise-wide talent strategy and scalable HR functions.
• Strong proficiency with HRIS, analytics, and change management tools.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the People Team operating model and structure.
• Lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy and scalable recruiting systems.
• Champion a high-performance culture with calibrated performance management.
• Oversee compensation strategy, pay equity, and total rewards.
• Build partnerships with senior leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
• Lead culture, engagement, and people analytics initiatives.
