Responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Team on HR planning, allocation and KPIs.
• Refresh talent and HR approach aligned with Compass’ vision and strategy.
• Lead a growing Human Resources department.
• Design and implement service delivery strategies, including HRIS systems.
• Oversee compensation policies with external benchmarking and calibration.
• Ensure compliance with local and national employment laws as Compass expands.
