Position Overview
The Chief People Officer (CPO) is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent acquisition and management, culture and change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The CPO provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors.
In this strategic role you will also champion our client's culture and values by partnering with the Chief Executive Officer and full Human Resources team to help design and support the organization and build strong connections with company teams at all levels. As a builder and orchestrator of change, you will be exceptionally focused on putting employees first while supporting our business and being as clear and transparent as possible, so employees understand how and why decisions are made.
