Job summary

Systems & Methods, Inc (SMI) seeks a strategic VP of Human Resources to shape and administer HR policies for a nation-wide workforce. You will lead payroll, benefits, employee relations, and safety programs, while guiding organizational planning and succession across divisions.

With 8–10 years in senior HR roles and a strong compliance background, you will foster SMI culture, ensure legal adherence, and partner with Finance and CAO to align HR with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, administration, or business; HR certification preferred.
• Experience managing HR across multiple divisions; 8–10 years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and recommends HR policies and objectives for the entire company.
• Oversees payroll function for accurate, timely, compliant payroll administration.
• Manages employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety, and health programs.
• Leads organizational planning and development, succession planning, and training initiatives.
• Coordinates HR activities across divisions; reports to CAO.
