Now, we’re looking for a purpose-driven Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead our people strategy and
help shape a values-based culture that empowers every individual to thrive. You’ll partner with our
visionary President and dynamic leadership team to transform how we lead, grow, and care for our
people—while driving business performance through authentic culture-building and innovation.
What You’ll Own
• Modelling Lighthouse Values and generating a vibrant Values-based Lighthouse Culture
• Setting 3-5 Strategic Transformation Priorities over a multi-year Roadmap.
• Scoping external conditions e.g., industry trends and advances in technology
• Setting purposeful Strategic Initiatives to optimize Operational Performance
• Systematizing People Governance, Reporting and Management Processes
• Allocating Resources such as Capital, Budgets, and Talent over time horizons
• Monitoring, Diagnosing and Resolving Performance Shortfalls using Scorecards
What You Bring
• Broad expertise in People and Culture, Talent and Reinventing Organizations
• Strong business acumen in strategic systemic human-centric business performance
• Exceptional industry experience in leadership development and executive coaching
• Strong systemic strategic leadership capacity to lead the function org-wide
• The Synergist leadership capacity to lead effectively across Projects/Business Units
• The authentic adaptive leadership capacity to lead systemic people empowerment
• Collaborative engagement skills to share learning and lead innovation.
• MBA or similar business qualifications
• Qualifications in Executive Coaching, Organizational Development and Psychology
• Accreditations in Management Assessment and Leadership Development
