Job summary

Leeds Professional Resources seeks a senior HR leader to shape and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals. You will guide the shift from an entrepreneurial setup to a more structured corporate organization and build a robust talent development program to fuel growth.

You will strengthen performance management, oversee compensation and total rewards, and manage HRIS, payroll, onboarding, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience leading an HR function in a growing or structured environment.
• Knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, talent development, performance management, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with short- and long-term business objectives.
• Guide the company through its transition from an entrepreneurial environment to a more structured, scalable corporate organization.
• Build and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy to support employee growth and organizational capability.
• Strengthen performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, development planning, and accountability.
• Develop and manage a competitive compensation philosophy and total rewards strategy, including salary benchmarking and incentive programs.
• Lead salary benchmarking, job leveling, compensation structures, and annual compensation reviews.
• Evaluate, implement and integrate multiple HRIS and HR technology platforms; oversee payroll operations.
• Develop onboarding processes that integrate new hires into company culture, values, policies, and operating environment.
• Coach managers through performance issues, conflicts, investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns.
• Ensure HR practices are fair, legally compliant, and aligned with company values; ensure compliance with employment laws.
