Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Vice President, People & Culture to lead and elevate its HR function in Dallas. The role partners with executive leadership, develops talent strategy, and drives a modern, data-driven HR organization across corporate and field operations.

You will lead a team of eight+ HR professionals, focus on compliance, employee relations, and Total Rewards, and champion technology-driven process improvements to support growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with meaningful HR leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading and developing an HR team.
• Experience supporting a workforce of 500+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, employee relations, investigations, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with executive and operational leadership.
