Key Responsibilities

• Culture Development
  • Champion and embed company values across all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, belonging, and retention.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cultural programs, including training activities, recognition initiatives, and team-building events.
  • Act as a culture ambassador by gathering feedback, analyzing trends, and translating insights into action.
• HR Process Development
  • Review, refine, and document HR processes (e.g., onboarding, performance management, offboarding) to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance employee experience.
  • Maintain and improve HR systems and tools.
• Generalist Functions
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries and needs.
  • Assist in the recruitment process.
  • Support training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
