Job summary

PDMI is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to serve as the company’s senior HR leader, shaping strategy, operations, and organizational development in support of growth.

The role partners with senior leadership to enhance employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and consistency across core HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, compensation, performance, compliance, training, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR or organizational development, including senior HR strategy experience.
• Experience driving organizational effectiveness, culture, engagement, leadership development, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategies and initiatives supporting business priorities, growth, leadership effectiveness, and operational goals.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen accountability and organizational consistency across the organization.
• Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and change management efforts.
• Support leadership development initiatives and employee growth opportunities.
• Oversee employee engagement initiatives, feedback strategies, and action planning to support retention and culture.
• Lead performance management, goal setting, and alignment of expectations with priorities.
• Oversee compensation strategy, benchmarking, structure design, and governance for equitable pay.
• Oversee HR operations including talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, compliance, training and workforce planning.
• Ensure HR policies and decisions remain compliant and aligned with values.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align workforce planning with operational priorities.
• Use HR metrics and feedback to identify trends and improve effectiveness.
• Improve HR processes, systems, communication, and efficiency.
• Reinforce leadership expectations and professional culture across the organization.
