Job summary

RealPage is seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead external relationships with banks, fintechs, and consumer brands in a fintech-enabled property ecosystem. You will shape the partner network, negotiate terms, and drive revenue models that contribute to a resident-centric financial experience.

The role requires a track record in originating large-scale partnerships, demonstrated success in embedded finance, and comfort operating in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fintech business development and partnerships with a track record of originating, negotiating and closing material deals with banks, fintechs, processors or networks.
• Hands-on experience structuring bank and BaaS partnerships and managing them through diligence, launch and steady state.
• A track record building consumer or resident ecosystems, signing brand and benefit partners, designing offers and measuring engagement or revenue.
• Deep command of embedded finance and partnership economics: revenue share, take rate, funding costs, risk sharing and unit economics.
• Experience running executive-level relationships and managing a partner portfolio for performance, not just signing it.
• Comfort in a regulated environment: knowledge of banks, compliance and risk teams, and ability to bring them in early.
• A real network across banks, fintechs and consumer brands you can activate from day one.

Responsibilities

• Own bank and financial institution partnerships including banks, BaaS providers, card networks and processors; source, negotiate and manage them for resilience and regulatory fit.
• Build the partner network behind embedded products and structure revenue-share, funding and distribution models.
• Source and sign consumer brands that enhance resident experience and shape offers to drive engagement.
• Manage executive relationships with strategic partners; protect and grow volume, align roadmaps and manage performance and renewals.
• Lead deal structuring and governance from first conversation to signature with Legal, Finance, Risk and Compliance.
• Oversee partner activation with Product, Resident Experience, Engineering and GTM to ensure on-time launches and scale.
• Decide ecosystem strategy: build, buy or partner, and articulate a fintech/bank landscape perspective.
