Job summary

Vistar seeks a senior operations leader to drive performance across sales, customer service, procurement, and distribution within the OpCo. You will oversee budgeting, policy development, and cross-functional execution to meet EBITDA targets and growth objectives.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, guiding strategic initiatives, and maintaining strong stakeholder relations while ensuring compliance with company-wide policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 6 - 10 Years experience in finance, accounting, operations, and/or sales.
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Planning and budgeting to achieve business objectives, and coordinate functions between departments to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives.
• Review reporting and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
• Establishes operating policies consistent with PFG's broad policies and objectives and ensures their execution.
• Guide and direct management in the development, promotion, and sale of the OpCo's services.
• Maintain sound public relations practices to improve the company's image and relationships with customers, associates, and the public.
• Direct overall supply chain management within the OpCo to ensure attainment of departmental goals and objectives, evaluating performance of staff members for compliance with established policies and objectives of the OpCo and their contributions in attaining those objectives.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
