Job summary

Muncie Power Products in Tulsa, OK seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing, distribution, quality and continuous improvement. You will drive safety, productivity, inventory management and financial performance while guiding the company’s long‑term growth strategy.

You will partner with executive leadership to set objectives, KPIs, and strategies across operations, ensuring alignment with customer needs and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or related field is required.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing and/or distribution operations at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, supply chain, quality and continuous improvement activities.
• Set operational goals, KPIs and performance expectations across all operations.
• Develop and execute long‑term operational strategies for growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Customer Service and Product Management to support customer needs.
• Drive on‑time delivery, product quality and customer satisfaction, while managing budgets.
