Job summary

Larson Capital Management, LLC seeks a results-driven Chief Operations Officer to design and own the firm’s written operating system, from process maps to SOPs, partnering with the President to translate strategy into disciplined execution.

You will drive operating rhythm, KPI dashboards, vendor management, risk controls, and portfolio company coaching, with hands-on accountability and a focus on scalability and integrity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
• Proven track record building a written operating system — SOPs, process maps, KPI dashboards.
• Experience reporting to or partnering with a President, CEO or Managing Partner.
• Exceptional accountability and follow-through; strong ownership.
• Strong financial acumen; able to read financials and build operating models.
• Outstanding written communication; clear procedures and policies.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own process and procedure architecture across all functions and maintain a central operating manual.
• Establish and enforce the operating rhythm with planning, reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Drive accountability, track commitments, and surface slippage early.
• Develop KPI dashboards and provide real-time performance views to the President.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, implement new systems, and manage vendors.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and ensure regulatory and fiduciary compliance.
• Coach portfolio company executives on operational discipline and execution.
