Job description

We’re looking for a hands‑on, data‑driven Chief Operating Officer to run the day‑to‑day operations of the firm. You’ll work directly alongside firm leadership to integrate departments, build scalable systems, and make sure every part of the business is performing at its best. This is the role that lets our attorneys focus on the law while you run the business.

The right person for this role is someone who lives and breathes operational efficiency — someone who sees data not as a reporting task, but as the lens through which every decision gets made.

Compensation: $150,000 annual + Performance-based bonus structure
