Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience designing and implementing process frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Experience building written operating systems, SOPs, process maps, and KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own creation and maintenance of process and procedure maps across all functions.
• Establish operating rhythms: annual planning, quarterly reviews, monthly dashboards, and weekly leadership meetings.
• Lead implementation of new systems and tools to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Coach portfolio company executives on operational rigor and execution.
• Ensure regulatory and fiduciary standards through documented procedures.
