Executive leadership position leads the organization in providing vital services to our communities. As the face of our organization, the Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all programs are running smoothly and effectively, while also fostering relationships with local stakeholders and partners.
The Chief Operations Officer is a senior executive who provides day to day leadership and management to achieve WITCO's mission, values, priorities, and strategic initiatives. This involves overseeing core programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The COO is responsible for the management, performance, compliance, and growth of all programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and compliance with federal and state regulations. They also evaluate organizational performance and develop strategies for resource utilization. The COO will play a key role in building relationships and partnerships within the community. They work to build coalitions and networks of organizations, businesses and individuals to address issues and promote community engagement.
As a service-critical leader, the COO is expected to maintain consistent availability and presence during emergencies and adverse conditions.
The compensation package is commensurate with experience, and will include a benefit package that includes company paid health, dental, vision, Life and disability insurance and Holiday, Sick, Vacation paid time off.
