Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing operations, drive lean improvements, and partner with executives to meet long-range strategic goals. The role requires 10+ years in multi-site manufacturing and strong leadership.

Implements continuous improvement programs, oversees budgets, and expands operations to support growth while maintaining safety, quality, and cost targets. Immediate availability; relocation considered.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; MBA/MA preferred.
• 10+ years in progressively responsible roles in multi-site manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing experience and leadership in continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to expand operations and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale.
• Act as trusted advisor to President and senior leaders.
• Develop and refine CI/LEAN strategies aligned to strategy.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and capital expenditure oversight.
• Drive enterprise-wide lean initiatives and workforce development.
• Provide metrics and reporting on operational performance.
