Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc. seeks an Executive Vice President to lead operations and resident experience for its largest San Antonio portfolio. The role reports to the President of Operations and drives change across 200+ communities, guiding strategy, systems, finance, and talent development.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of senior leadership, PCAM preferred, and a track record of navigating high-growth environments with vision and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of large-scale portfolio management experience in community association management.
• 10+ years of senior executive leadership overseeing multi-site operations and cross-functional teams.
• PCAM designation preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent executive industry experience.
• Experience leading organizational change and systems integration in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations and customer-facing functions to ensure best-in-class resident experience.
• Partner with corporate leadership to drive retention strategies and growth initiatives.
• Lead change management and system integration across platforms.
• Drive performance, financials, and budgeting alignment for the division.
• Build and mentor a high-performing management team and culture focused on leadership development.
