Job summary

Rips By Triumph is seeking a hands-on Operations Shift Manager to lead a team of Operations Associates in our graded trading card business. You will own the quality of every card from receipt to shipment, set the pace and standards, and be the primary contact for suppliers.

Responsibilities include delegating tasks, managing weekly schedules in Rippling, overseeing high-value inventory, tracking supplies, auditing inventory, building supplier relationships, coaching staff, and ensuring clean

Qualifications

• 4+ years of shift lead, team lead, or supervisor experience in operations, warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or similar high-performance environment.
• Strong delegation and organizational skills; ability to run a shift without losing track of tasks.
• Experience with scheduling software and inventory tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication; professional with vendors and associates.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to associates at the start of each shift based on experience and training progress.
• Manage all associate scheduling in Rippling, including weekly schedules, time off, sick calls, shift swaps, and vacation requests.
• Serve as the exclusive handler of highest-value inventory with safe access, inspection, and logging of transactions.
• Track supply levels (sleeves, cases, shipping materials) and reorder proactively to prevent shortages.
• Audit singles and slab inventory; flag discrepancies and coordinate restocking.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships; negotiate pricing and resolve issues promptly.
• Train, coach, and develop associates with clear instructions and constructive feedback.
• Enforce cleanliness and organization for a clean handoff between shifts.
