Job summary

Pulse Trading Cards is seeking a Senior Product Development & Brand Manager to own assigned brands, develop distinctive releases, and build detailed configurations that turn concepts into finished products. You’ll work directly with our CEO and collaborate with Creative, Athlete Partnerships, Project Management, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.

This role requires deep hobby knowledge, strong Excel modeling, and the ability to manage multiple releases from concept through launch, while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant product development or brand management experience for trading-card or collectible releases.
• Ability to take physical products from concept through development and launch.
• Deep understanding of trading cards, collector behavior, checklists, parallels, autographs, scarcity, and hobby vs. retail configurations.

Responsibilities

• Brand strategy and release planning for assigned brands, specifying audience, positioning, features, and roadmap.
• Set builds: define base sets, inserts, parallels, autograph content, and packing configurations; manage quantities and allocations.
• Product economics: budget development with Ops and Finance; assess margins and impact of content and materials.
• Creative development: write product briefs, coordinate with Creative and Licensing; ensure designs meet concept and config requirements.
• Faster, reliable development: create reusable templates, connect data with inventories, and use Excel/AI tools to improve efficiency.
