Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a senior Product Director - Trading Cards to set the long-term product vision and roadmap across Fanatics Collectibles' trading card portfolio. You will lead a high-performing team, drive innovation, and align licensing & partnerships to fuel growth.

The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of trading cards, consumer products, and licensing with executive presence to deliver on-time, high-quality products and exceptional collector experiences.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management experience in trading cards or related fields.
• Experience leading product teams and managing senior stakeholders across global organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing; MBA is a plus.
• Passion for trading cards, collectibles, and fan culture.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product vision, roadmap, and release strategy across the trading card portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify trends and drive formats, premium offerings, and collector experiences.
• Own licensing, partnerships, and relationship management with licensors and athletes.
• Oversee development, go-to-market, and performance via KPIs and P&L.
