Collectors Universe is seeking an Operations Production Planner to bridge business strategy and technical execution within our Operations teams. You will design dashboards and reporting that drive throughput and service levels, acting as the critical link between Operations and Tech.

We are looking for an Operations Production Planner to embed within our Operations teams, bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, and build actionable reporting that directly drives performance. In this role, you will work backwards from operational needs, design clear and accessible dashboards, and serve as the critical liaison between Operations and Tech to optimize throughput and service levels.
Onsite:
This is a Hybrid role that will require 2-3 days onsite and can work remote the remaining days. This role will required to be onsite for 90 days before moving into a hybrid schedule.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 . Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
