Navy Federal Credit Union seeks a senior security leader to align the Security Division strategy with enterprise goals and advanced analytics of fraud and risk impacts on members and financials.

The role directs the division's strategic roadmaps, budgets, and collaboration with executive teams to drive security innovation, risk management, and operational excellence across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading, planning, organizing, directing and controlling a corporate level operation.
• Mastery in building strategic execution plans and alliances with leadership.
• Experience with financial crime detection or security strategies is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the division's strategy development, financial planning, training, and analytics functions.
• Act as trusted advisor to the SVP Security and executive leadership across the enterprise.
• Build and track division OKRs; coordinate cross-enterprise measurement with executives.
• Create future-focused strategic plans to protect members and employees in coordination with MSO and other departments.
• Drive integration efforts with MSO; support segment strategies across Security.
• Lead data-driven insights to inform senior leadership on performance across products and demographics.
• Oversee security operating metrics and the annual financial plan and budget.
