Simmons First National Corporation seeks an accomplished Operational Risk leader to develop and execute the bank's Operational Risk Framework. You will guide risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across the enterprise, partnering with business units to strengthen controls and resilience.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, or equivalent) required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in banking or financial services, including significant leadership and strategic responsibilities.
• 5+ years of direct risk management or related experience, with extensive leadership in risk management functions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills at executive level.
• Subject matter expert and thought leader in risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Directs the creation, review, and continuous improvement of Operational Risk Management policies and frameworks across the organization.
• Oversees processes for identifying, assessing, and prioritizing Operational Risks, including RCSA and Scenario Analysis.
• Develops and oversees risk mitigation tracking and validation of controls.
• Monitors, analyzes, and reports operational risk exposures to management and the board.
• Designs risk communication and training strategies; promotes enterprise-wide risk culture change.
• Selects, implements, and optimizes GRC systems; leads tool adoption and integration.
• Cultivates proactive problem-solving and enterprise-wide risk solutions.
