KIPP North Carolina Public Schools is seeking a dedicated Chief Operating Officer to lead our statewide Operations Team in pursuit of operational excellence.

This role requires 10+ years in progressive operational leadership, deep K-12 knowledge, and a track record of building systems, coaching managers, and partnering with diverse stakeholders to improve student outcomes. Travel within NC is expected; a hybrid work model is offered with in-person and remote work.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressively increasing operational management experience in a growing organization.
• Previous experience in K-12 schools/education and knowledge of charter school movement.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong team leadership and coaching experience (5-10 years).
