The Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the next phase of growth, align operations with mission, and sustain a culture of accountability.

The COO will partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into practical plans, manage budgets, and drive performance across departments while upholding CAF's values in a dynamic nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience leading multiple departments and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive organizational performance through data and metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational strategy into actionable operating plans and performance objectives.
• Support key executives (CAO, CMO, CPO, HR) and align department goals with priorities.
• Establish and monitor department KPIs and budgets; drive cost-efficiency.
• Lead process improvement, data reporting, and technology adoption.
