Job summary

DSD Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead daily operations across multiple locations and partner with the CEO to drive growth. This role emphasizes performance improvement, cost control, and scalable processes to support rapid expansion.

You will oversee budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional teams, building a strong operations leadership group and delivering sustained business results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations management experience.
• Previous experience as a COO or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Strong experience managing business operations and budgets.
• Experience in a fast-growing company is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
