Job summary

Job description

Seeking an experienced Operation Director (COO) to serve as a key senior leader of the company, reporting directly to the CEO. This role owns companywide endtoend operational governance, translating corporate strategy into executable business operations. You will oversee crossfunctional operational capabilities across the organization, drive organizational efficiency, build scalable operating systems, and enable sustainable business growth in the U.S. market. Functional subareas under your scope include supplychain related operations (warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, onsite delivery & aftersales), as well as organization governance, crossdepartment process alignment, operational budget & cost management, and talent system building.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprisewide Operational System Standardization & Optimization

Review, refine and standardize companylevel operational governance frameworks, business rules, crossdepartment workflows and corporate policies. Build a mature, U.S.localized enterprise operating system to enable refined governance, risk control, and support scalable business and organizational growth.

2. EndtoEnd CompanyWide Operational Governance

Take full ownership of the overall daily operational performance of the organization, coordinating and governing multiple business and support functions across the company:

• Operational Delivery Governance : Oversee the performance of supplychainrelated operational streams including warehouse, logistics & transportation, order fulfillment, onsite execution and aftersales support; set governance standards, monitor output metrics, and drive continuous improvement (not handson daytoday site management).
• CrossFunctional Alignment : Orchestrate handoffs between sales, delivery, customer success, procurement and internal support teams to eliminate organizational bottlenecks.
• Operational Budget & Cost Stewardship : Own enterpriselevel operational cost planning, resource allocation and costefficiency targets across functions.
• Compliance & Risk Management : Establish operational riskmanagement mechanisms, ensure full compliance with local U.S. regulatory requirements across all business activities.

3. CrossCultural Organization Leadership & Talent Development

Lead and develop a 150person crosscultural organization. Establish enterprisewide standardized performance management, incentive and talent development systems. Drive organizational capability upgrade, optimize team structure, and build scalable leadership talent pipelines to support business expansion.

4. Executivelevel CrossDepartment Collaboration & Business Enablement

Partner closely with sales, commercial and other executive stakeholders to align overall organizational operational capacity with frontline business strategy and market demands. Drive improvements in service quality, market responsiveness and cost structure to underpin topline business growth and profitability.

5. Strategic Execution & Seniorlevel Reporting

Work sidebyside with the CEO and Founder to translate corporate strategy into operational roadmaps and actionable initiatives. Regularly report companywide operational status, organizational performance, key business risks and transformation plans to the Founder & CEO; ensure effective execution of corporate strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

• Senior Executive Leadership Experience : Proven extensive Csuite / senior enterprise operational management trackrecord, with demonstrated success in largescale organization governance and enterprisewide operatingsystem building and iteration.
• Background & Language : Open to all qualified executive candidates; bilingual communication skills and handson crosscultural U.S. workplace leadership experience are preferred.
• Outstanding crosscultural organization governance, team integration and stakeholderalignment capabilities; proven ability to lead diverse, largesize teams toward business outcomes.
• Solid practical experience designing, building and rollingout enterpriselevel operational systems and governance frameworks for scaling businesses.
• Strong commercial and businessoriented thinking; capable of working closely with commercial leadership teams to enable revenue and profit growth.
• Exposure to supplychainrelated business domains (warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, aftersales) is a plus; candidates with crossborder business or U.S. market operation background are preferred.
• Excellent overall strategic planning, organizational leadership, riskcontrol, budget and costoptimization capabilities.
