Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location : Remote | Compensation : Competitive + Performance-Based Incentives

ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are a leader in the online reputation and digital marketing space, serving Fortune 500 executives, celebrities, entrepreneurs, and public figures. Our elite team of legal, PR, marketing, and tech experts delivers high-impact results across digital platforms.

As we scale aggressively toward a significant revenue milestone and strategic exit, we’re hiring a battle-tested COO to partner with the CEO and build the infrastructure, teams, and systems to support hypergrowth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a maintenance role — it’s a build-and-lead position. The COO will drive execution across Operations, Finance, Fulfillment, HR, Client Success, and Internal Systems, enabling the CEO to focus on growth and vision. You will lead organizational strategy, build cross-functional accountability, and create clarity from complexity.

This role demands strategic insight, technical acumen, and people leadership. You’ll bring order to chaos, create scalable systems, and ensure the business can grow fast—without breaking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Execution : Turn vision into executable plans, OKRs, and deliverables across departments.
  • System Design : Architect SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership : Build leadership layers, coach department heads, and retain top talent across the org.
  • Financial Oversight : Own the P&L, forecast revenue and expenses, manage cash flow, and improve margins.
  • Cross-Functional Integration : Align Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Client Success to ensure seamless execution and margin protection.
  • Operational Stability : Optimize internal processes, increase delivery performance, and reduce founder dependency.
  • Exit Readiness : Ensure operational and financial systems are built for external funding or strategic acquisition.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience scaling a business through multi-million-dollar growth stages.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PR, or online reputation management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead operations across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong command of business financials : P&L, CAC, LTV, churn, forecasting, and unit economics.
  • Track record of building high-performance systems and leadership structures.
  • Executive presence and decision-making strength under pressure.
  • High emotional intelligence and proven ability to lead A-players.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience leading remote or hybrid teams.
  • Familiarity with Wrike, Slack, G Suite, Zoom, GHL, CRM, or other operational tech stacks.
  • Previous experience serving as a CEO’s right-hand during a high-growth phase.

WHAT’S OFFERED

Executive Autonomy : Lead without micromanagement.

Impactful Role : Every decision and system you implement supports growth and exit strategy.

Competitive Compensation : Includes base salary + performance-based incentives.

Comprehensive Benefits : Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.

High-Performance Culture : Transparent, fast-moving, results-oriented environment.

Leadership Opportunity : Join at a pivotal phase of the company’s scale and exit trajectory.
