Formulate Robotics in Mountain View seeks a Chief Operating Officer to guide the company through its next growth phase. This seed-funded AI/robotics startup needs a metrics-driven leader who can coordinate fundraising, finance, operations, GTM, and partnerships.

You will partner with the Founder/CEO to translate priorities into plans, build scalable orgs, and manage cross-functional teams as we scale toward Series A and beyond. This in-person role demands high agency and execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in startups or high-growth tech contexts.
• Experience raising capital and managing investor relations.
• Proven ability to scale organizations and build effective processes.
• Comfort with ambiguity and strong strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate company priorities into concrete plans with owners, timelines and results.
• Own cross-functional problems that span multiple departments.
• Build the org infrastructure to move from seed to Series A and beyond.
• Collaborate with the Founder/CEO and leadership on major decisions.
• Lead fundraising strategy, budgets, KPIs and reporting.
• Define pricing, partnerships and go-to-market processes.
