Formulate Robotics is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the Founder/CEO across a range of priorities as we scale our applied AI platform for autonomous industrial batching. This high-ownership role involves fundraising, recruiting, customer engagement, and solving cross-functional operational problems in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chief of Staff, founder, early-stage startup operator, investor, consultant, or other high-intensity environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to track many moving pieces.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority projects across the company that span multiple teams or lack a clear owner.
• Support fundraising, investor communications, financial analysis, strategic planning, and reporting.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and building the organization as we grow.
• Prepare for and participate in important customer, partner, investor, and internal meetings.
• Research new markets, technologies, customers, partnerships, and strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate priorities across engineering, manufacturing, sales, operations, and other areas.
• Build lightweight systems and processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Take on special projects and turn ideas into actionable next steps with owners and timelines.
