Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

We are partnering with a NYC law firm in their search for a Chief Operations Officer. The COO will have broad authority to elevate the firm’s case operations, enabling growth in a profitable and scalable way, and will play a key role in the firm’s strategic planning, in partnership with the Partners.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business operations to meet strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the Managing Partner, Partners, and Senior Executives to align operations with strategic objectives.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Oversee resource allocation and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Analyze data to ensure operational success and scalability.
• Develop and promote organizational vision and long-term strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and organizational health.
• Mentor senior leadership (directors and managers).
• Oversee processes to ensure database integrity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in operations within a high-volume environment.
• Experience in claims-processing environments.
• Technologically savvy (experience with Salesforce preferred).
• College degree highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• MBA or other graduate degree.
• Experience in highly regulated environments and/or government programs.

Compensation: $200,000-225,000. Salary based on relevant experience, skills, and other qualifications.
