SupportFinity™ is seeking a Senior Vice President for Oncology Operations to oversee and enhance multi-specialty oncology practices across Arizona. This executive role involves shaping outpatient oncology strategy and ensuring operational excellence, working closely with physician partners and executive teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare leadership, especially in oncology, with a strong focus on optimizing operations and enhancing patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, with 7 years in oncology operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site operational teams and direct complex outpatient oncology operations.
• Experience operating within physician-owned or physician-governed practice models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all oncology service lines across Arizona Center for Cancer Care.
• Partner with physician owners to operationalize clinical vision.
• Drive service line growth and ensure optimal operational performance.
