Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead an assigned portfolio of physician practices. You will own end-to-end financial and operational performance, partnering with physician leaders to drive sustainable growth and high-quality patient care.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives across Finance, RCM, IT, Compliance, HR, and Clinical Operations, ensuring adherence to governance across Affiliated, Owned, and Friendly-PC models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in healthcare admin, business, or finance.
• Extensive healthcare leadership experience with a track record of P&L ownership.
• Deep knowledge of community oncology, radiation oncology, or urology operations.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability for the portfolio, including revenue, margin, EBITDA and cash flow against budget.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with MSO Finance.
• Translate financial performance into insights for physician partners and improve financial literacy.
• Identify and execute margin improvements across labor, supply chain, payor mix, and drug acquisition economics.
• Elevate operational performance across access, throughput, patient experience, and clinical quality metrics.
• Coordinate MSO functions (Finance, RCM, IT, Compliance, HR, Procurement, Clinical Ops) to support practice priorities.
• Drive implementation of national programs, adapting to local context and regulatory environments.
• Maintain compliance with state-specific regulations while growing the practice portfolio.
• Develop regional strategic plans including service line expansion and new site development.
• Pursue opportunities to increase patient access and strengthen competitive position.
• Lead enterprise strategic initiatives in partnership with the COO.
