Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking an AVP, Chief of Staff to partner with the CTO, leading technology strategy, operating cadence, and business planning.

The role drives cross‑functional initiatives across engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. Responsibilities include budgeting oversight, executive reporting, and maintaining confidential data handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, management, or a related field.
• 7+ years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within technology/financial services.
• Experience as Chief of Staff or in a technology organization (engineering/IT/product) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with CTO to drive technology strategy and operating rhythm.
• Lead cross-functional projects across engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor, and capital spend for technology initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level reports and communications for CTO and board.
