Applied Intelligence Consulting (Singapore) seeks an exceptional Chief of Staff to partner directly with C-level leadership, supporting strategic initiatives, new product development, and business growth within a globally scaled consumer technology platform.

This role goes beyond administration: you will act as a strategic thought partner, problem-solver, and execution lead across Strategy, Product, Growth, Brand and Operations, with ownership of high-impact initiatives in New York and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of professional experience.
• Current or previous experience at McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, or Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is mandatory.
• Experience transitioning from consulting to operating roles is highly welcome.

Responsabilités

• Partner directly with C-level leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives.
• Support development, launch, and growth of new consumer products and business opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive presentations.
• Take ownership of high-priority projects from concept through execution.
