Responsibilities

• Run interviews with candidates we're considering for hire.
• Collaborate with creators and help shape growth strategy through organic channels.
• Analyze product data to understand what’s happening and drive decisions.
• Plan and host events at our New York office.
• Interface with legal and accounting teams.
• Talk to customers about what's working, what's missing, and what could be improved.
• Handle a steady flow of unexpected tasks as the company scales.
