You’ll lead planning, process improvements, and cross‑functional collaboration, with opportunities across acquisitions, data analysis, and policy development. This is a hands‑on, evolving role with high accountability.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in a fast-paced role such as operations, consulting, banking, startup, or professional services.
• Track record of owning messy, ambiguous projects from start to finish.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term plans by turning priorities into owners, milestones and budgets.
• Dig into practice needs: capacity, staffing, systems, workflow, client experience; propose clear recommendations.
• Run the operating rhythm: prepare agendas, capture decisions, and track actions to completion.
• Be a force multiplier for the team by unblocking projects and documenting repeatable processes.
• Take on special projects like acquisitions, data analysis, vendor contracts, and policy development.
