Aardvark Tax Advisors is seeking a hands‑on Chief of Staff to support the executive team, drive problem resolution, and free up leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

The role blends high‑level oversight with hands‑on execution, managing projects across insurance renewals, diligence for acquisitions, and tax season readiness. You’ll build plans, track progress, and implement scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in fast‑paced role such as operations, consulting, banking, a startup, or a professional services firm.
• Track record of owning messy, ambiguous projects from start to finish.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using AI tools in day‑to‑day work.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Build long‑term plans with owners, milestones, and budgets.
• Dig into practice needs; gather data and provide clear recommendations.
• Run the operating rhythm with agendas, decisions, and follow‑ups.
• Be a force multiplier for the team by unblocking projects and creating repeatable processes.
• Take on special projects such as acquisitions, data analysis, vendor contracts, licensing and registrations, and policy and procedure development.
