Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, project management, or operational leadership supporting senior executives.
• Experience in telecommunications industry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational tracking skills.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with ability to translate discussions into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish, organize, and drive cadence for leadership meetings, all-hands, and planning cycles with agendas and action-item follow-ups.
• Triage incoming requests, handle day-to-day admin and operational tasks, draft executive communications, and resolve issues early.
• Maintain master trackers for ongoing projects, deliverables, deadlines, and executive commitments.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to secure signoffs, inputs, and decisions on time to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Identify project friction early and propose practical solutions across teams while escalating risks to executives.
• Prepare meeting briefs, executive decks, weekly status updates, and concise progress documentation.
• Step in to manage special projects or urgent priorities as needed.
• Help ensure executive time focuses on high-impact priorities by creating structure and accountability across workstreams.
