Job summary

International Executive Service Corps is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the Chief Revenue Officer, acting as the connective spine of Resource Development. The role coordinates Executive leadership, oversees the central CRO engine, and translates strategy into delivery across multiple channels and teams.

The Chief of Staff leads the Office of the CRO, manages key priorities, and drives cross‑team collaboration to accelerate CARE’s revenue strategy and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor, thought partner, and sounding board to the CRO, bringing judgment and discretion to key decisions and priorities.
• Represent and deputise for the CRO in meetings, ensuring decisions are made, communicated, and followed through.
• Lead a high‑performing Office of the CRO, coordinating an Executive Assistant and Cross‑Team Coordinator to prepare, protect, and advance outcomes.
• Ensure the CRO is prepared for high‑stakes engagements, writing briefings, talking points, and presentations.
• Manage the CRO’s information flow, triaging inboxes and prioritising time‑sensitive matters.
• Create a daily dashboard giving real‑time view of priorities, commitments, and metrics.
• Draft on the CRO’s behalf using AI to drive efficiency and impact.
• Budget the central CRO team resources effectively.
• Drive follow‑through on CRO commitments and major cross‑team projects under sponsorship.
