Job summary

CARE seeks a Chief of Staff, Resource Development, in Atlanta to support the CRO, lead the Office of the CRO, and drive cross‑channel performance across RD. You will manage senior leadership initiatives, ensure timely decisions, and coordinate cross‑team priorities in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of fundraising/operational experience, superb communication, and a strong ability to translate strategy into delivery using AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years in revenue development, fundraising operations, strategy, or related roles.
• Experience as trusted advisor, chief of staff, or senior deputy to an executive leader.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CRO's right hand and lead the Office of the CRO.
• Lead the RD’s central Execution & Performance engine.
• Drive organisation-wide implementation across RD.
• Join up the SLT rhythm and cross-channel collaboration.
