Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer in London. You will shape product vision and strategy, seed initiatives, and build effective ways of working to help the Product organization thrive.

You’ll work closely with the CPO, Product Leadership Team, Engineering, Design and Data to improve delivery and governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across a scaling product organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience with strategic priorities and tactical execution.
• Strong analytical, quantitative skills; use data to inform decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Design, Data and leadership.
• Experience in Product at a high-growth tech company or scaling product organisation.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive key projects for the CPO and Product Leadership Team.
• Structure roadmaps, set organisational goals, and evolve product strategy.
• Lead strategic and ad-hoc initiatives to speed delivery and alignment.
• Maintain regular performance reporting and monthly business reviews.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve priorities, dependencies and headcount.
• Prepare communications and represent the CPO in key forums when needed.
• Support engagement, performance management and discipline within Product.
