Monzo is seeking a Strategy and Commercial Lead to shape and evolve the Operations strategy as we scale. You’ll help leadership make better decisions by bringing together performance insight, financial analysis, strategic thinking and structured problem solving.

• Strong analytical rigour and sound judgement.
• Comfortable using performance and financial insight to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve Operations strategy to align priorities and investments.
• Drive P&L visibility, analysis and opportunities to improve unit economics.
• Translate strategy and progress into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering and Finance to connect strategy to delivery.
• Own the Operations Roadmap and manage progress, risks and dependencies.
